About the Role

The Nurse Manager serves as the heartbeat of our community, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff. With nursing expertise and managerial finesse, you will lead a team of dedicated caregivers to provide personalized care tailored to each resident's unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical aspects of resident care, including medication management, treatment plans, and assessments.
  • Lead and inspire a team of caregivers, including nurses and aides, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Serve as a champion for residents, advocating for their needs, preferences, and rights.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve care delivery and enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic support for residents.

Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited Nursing Program.
  • Current RN/LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
