RN/LPN PM Shift

Position Details

• PM shifts 2 to 10:30 pm
• 2 to 3 shifts per week for Part-Time
• Ask about Full-Time opportunity

Schedule

• Weekday overnight shifts
• No regularly scheduled weekends
• Occasional weekend coverage may be required

Duties and responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily activities and needs
• Helping clients with meals
• Taking vital signs
• Transferring, moving, or repositioning patients
• Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team
• Answering patient calls
• Examining patient injuries/wounds
• Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas
• Aiding in changing of bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies
• Other duties as assigned
