About the role
Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We offer full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends).
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
