Pay
- LPN: $39/hour
- RN: $44/hour
- $3.40 MI Care Incentive
- $5 Weekend Shift Differential (Saturday/Sunday)

Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants (RN role)
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN License
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
