RN/LPN Nurse Day Nurse for Teen, Glasgow

Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time, developing real connections and seeing progress firsthand.
• Develop and maintain relationships with families and children to ensure comfort and safety.
• Provide comprehensive care including ventilator, trach, and g-tube management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in Missouri.
• Experience in pediatric home health care is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Passing scores on relevant background checks.

Pay

$25-$30/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

7a-7p, 7 days a week. Open to 8 or 10 hour days.
