Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time, developing real connections and seeing progress firsthand.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide comprehensive care including ventilator, trach, and g-tube management.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current RN license or LPN license in Missouri.
• Experience in pediatric home health care is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a nursing program accredited by the National League for Nursing.
• Basic computer skills for accessing electronic health records.

Pay

• $25-$30 per hour for full-time nights.
• Sign-On Bonus of up to $4,000 for full-time night shifts.

Schedule

• 7a-7p, 7 days a week.
• Open to 8 or 10-hour days.
