About the role
Seeking experienced RNs and LPNs for multiple shifts. Responsibilities include patient care, medication administration, and assisting with daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional patient care
- Administer medications accurately and according to protocol
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility
- Document patient interactions and progress in medical records
- Participate in team meetings and rounds
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN or LPN in applicable state
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- At least one year of relevant healthcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN
- Basic computer literacy
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
