Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 7am–4pm in Chicago, IL 60623.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active IL NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
• Prior Experience with G-tube
