Responsibilities
- Assist in patient care activities under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report significant changes to supervising staff.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as an RN or LPN.
- At least one year of relevant healthcare experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and pharmacology.
