About the Role

Faith Hospice offers unique opportunities for RNs and LPNs who feel called to serve patients at end of life. Join an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to providing compassionate hospice care.

Opportunities Available

• RN Inpatient Hospice Residence: Full-time; 2nd or 3rd shift available
• RN or LPN Response Nurse: Part-time or full-time weekdays on evening shift or weekends (12-hour nights or days) to handle planned visits or crisis calls
• RN Clinical Team Manager: Lakeshore territory; manage the interdisciplinary hospice team covering the Holland/Grand Haven area

Requirements

• RN or LPN licensure in Michigan
• At least 2 years of med/surg, acute care, or skilled nursing experience (strongly preferred)
• Hospice and/or hospital experience (preferred)
• Passion for hospice nursing
