About the Role

Atrium Centers is a 108-bed facility offering full-time and PRN positions across all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with 8-hour shifts. This is a 100% employee-owned organization where Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are supported with the time, tools, and teamwork needed to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants (RN role)
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN License
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
• Passion for improving the lives of residents

Pay

• LPN: $39/hour
• RN: $44/hour
• $3.40 MI Care Incentive
• $5 Weekend Shift Differential (Sat/Sun)
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full Time)
