LPN/RN - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide personal care, support, and companionship to residents in a senior living environment. Deliver engaging personal care services, assist with medication administration per Care Plan, and monitor resident wellbeing. Communicate changes in residents’ conditions and collaborate on assessments with the Health Services Director. Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for working with people.
• Graduate of a state-approved nursing school.
• Current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• At least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or long-term care settings.
