About the role

A Licensed Nurse at Greenwood Connections is responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest degree of nursing care that is consistent with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations in a safe and supportive environment. The RN/LPN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate the care of our residents. Additionally, they provide supervisory oversight and training of Certified Nursing Assistants to support individualized resident care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate resident care
• Provide supervisory oversight and training of Certified Nursing Assistants
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service training
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Supplemental Pay

• Shift Differential pay
• Call-In Pay: $3.00/hour on weekdays
• Call-In Pay: $5.00/hour on weekends

8-hour shifts available on Days and PMs

License/Certification

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN/LPN
• CPR
