RN/LPN Evening Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee nursing shifts to keep things running smoothly.
- Lead, guide, and assist nursing staff to provide excellent resident care.
- Respond quickly and courteously to resident and staff issues.
- Ensure residents get safe, consistent, caring, and personalized care.
- Promote following the facility's rules and nursing guidelines.
- Do other tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Administrator.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri State Nursing License.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- A commitment to providing quality resident care.
