RN/LPN: Day and Night Shifts Available

About the role

• 1 on 1 Patient Care
• Day and night shifts available in Gilman, IL
• Up to 5 nights per week: 11:00 pm – 5:00 am
• Sunday and every other Saturday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately
• No pediatric or home care experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license
• Current CPR certification
