RN/LPN: Day and Night Shifts

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm OR 3:00pm - 7:00pm
• Saturday-Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 patient care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license
• Current CPR certification
