Job Description

As an RN/LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents consistent with their care plan. This includes passing medications, taking vitals, completing related documentation, and participating in the care plan process. You will also guide the nurse aides on your unit to help care for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and serving others
• Effective communication with staff, providers, patients, and families
• Ability to work with and provide guidance to a dedicated team
• Proficient in charting patient information and contributing to medical records as needed

Pay

$35‑$42.00 per hour

Full‑time evening shift (3 pm – 11 pm)
