About the role
RegalCare at Glen Ridge is looking to hire talented Nurses — RN/LPN, full-time or part-time. We're seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our team. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. We welcome both experienced nurses and new graduates to apply.
Sign-on Bonus
Full-time RNs and LPNs are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus when hired for full-time working at least 30 hours per week. Part-time positions offer a $2,500 sign-on for those working a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulating, and providing nourishment throughout shifts
- Help residents with personal hygiene tasks
- Monitor residents' health and report any issues to the supervising nurse
- Document resident food and fluid intake
- Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident living areas
- Transport residents within the facility as needed
- Collaborate with nurses and other staff members as required
- Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data
Qualifications
- Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing
- Experience is not required; new RN/LPN grads are welcome to apply
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to residents
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
