About the Role

Jacksonville Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs for part‑time and PRN positions. This flexible opportunity allows nurses to work around their lives while providing safe, personalized care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and well‑being.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous long‑term care experience is preferred, but motivated nurses are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Schedule

Positions offer competitive pay with the option for daily pay. Scheduling is flexible, with part‑time and PRN (as‑needed) shifts available to fit a variety of personal schedules.
