Provides comprehensive nursing care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Delegates care tasks to licensed nursing staff
• Contributes to facility mission and goals
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards such as the Joint Commission

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure in relevant state(s)
• BLS certification within one month of hire

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, delegation, and communication abilities
• Ability to work across day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and call duties
