RN - Long Term Care, 0.9 FTE, Nights
PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Long Term Care team in Ketchikan, Alaska. Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Document care accurately and thoroughly within the electronic health record
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Delegate care appropriately based on team members' education, credentials, and competencies
- Support patients and their families through compassionate, patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
- Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Specialty certification
- Experience in geriatric and/or rehabilitation nursing

Pay
Salary range: $44.77 - $71.09 per hour. Hiring bonus and relocation assistance available.
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. Multiple openings may be available.
