About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
- Perform resident assessments, coordinate care, and provide education.
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and effective care.
- Serve as charge nurse when needed and support team members.
- Adhere to nursing standards and ethical guidelines within the scope of practice.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, coordinate interventions, and support resident wellbeing in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Current RN license.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
