RN Lead

About the role

Woodlake at Tolland Nursing Home is a dedicated provider of high-quality care in a warm, supportive environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Lead to join our team and provide leadership and direction to our nursing staff while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Oversee nursing assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Serve as a resource for clinical questions and support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Connecticut.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with on-call duties is a plus.
