About the Role

Lead night-shift nursing services within a correctional healthcare environment, ensuring safe, high-quality medical, dental, and psychiatric care for incarcerated patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly clinical operations and coordinate nursing staff.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality medical, dental, and psychiatric care for incarcerated patients.
• Perform triage, assessments, medication administration, emergency responses, and documentation.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and promote a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
• Mentor nursing staff and collaborate with custody personnel to ensure security and patient care.

Requirements

• Experience in nursing leadership, preferably in correctional or similar settings.
• Strong clinical, triage, and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentorship abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation protocols.
• Ability to maintain a patient-centered approach while adhering to security protocols.
