Responsibilities
- Oversee nighttime clinical operations, ensuring smooth delivery of patient care
- Coordinate and provide direct nursing care, including triage and medication administration
- Supervise nursing staff, offering guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with state and facility regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, custody personnel, and multidisciplinary teams to uphold safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in clinical nursing, preferably in correctional or similar settings
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
