RN Labor and Delivery Postpartum - Night Shift

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care in the Women and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU. It emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes, focusing on safety, wellness, and patient-centered care. The role includes precepting new staff and contributing to a dynamic, innovative clinical environment. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, adhere to practice standards, and support individualized education and competency validation. Ensure secure safety and quality at the point of care while collaborating with healthcare team members to enhance outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent RN licensureMinimum 6 months Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship programCertifications: NRP (within 30 days), ACLS (within 3 months), BLS (prior to start)Ability to work night shifts with incentives Key Duties: Provide top-tier nursing care, model proficiency through precepting, maintain certifications, and contribute to a safe, high-quality clinical environment.
