RN - Labor and Delivery (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Role Overview: Provides coordinated nursing care to patients or groups of patients, following established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizes critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure quality care. Key Responsibilities Assess patient data, analyze health information, and develop care plans with measurable outcomes.Implement care strategies, coordinate delivery, and promote a safe, healing environment.Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver compassionate care and provide educational support.Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate team duties.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state is required.CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS or ARC-ALS, Fetal Heart Monitoring, and NRP certifications also required.Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in acute care settings.Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
