RN L&D Night Shift

Role Overview: This on-site RN position in the LPH Birthing Center involves providing direct patient care in women and infants' units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to standards such as AWHONN and AACN. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, top-of-scope nursing care, prioritize patient wellness, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality at the bedside. Support and guide competency development through clinical education and training. Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (less than 3 years' experience), RN licensure, 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship, and certifications in NRP, BLS, and C-EFM. Must demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practices and teamwork.
