RN - IV Wellness Clinic Full-Time

About the role

This is a full-time position where you will administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness, lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team, and deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities. You’ll also help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic.

Pay

$53/hour base pay. Guaranteed earnings up to $63/hour during your first six months through our Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. Unlimited earning potential after that, with many RNs earning an additional $15+/hour in tips.

Schedule

Full-time, 4-5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift). Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Three weekend shifts required per month. You will submit 4 days of unavailability per month.

Locations

Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Brentwood, Culver City, plus occasional on-call and Mobile IV shifts.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN or diploma in nursing.
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures.
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
