RN - IV Wellness Clinic Full-Time

Schedule

• Full-time position working 4–5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift)
• 3 weekend shifts required per month
• Submit 4 days of unavailability per month
• Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Locations You’ll Cover

• Carlsbad
• Encinitas
• Oceanside
• San Marcos
• Solana Beach
• Occasional on-call and Mobile IV shifts

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay

• $48/hour base pay
• Guaranteed earnings up to $58/hour during your first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program
• Unlimited earning potential after that
• Many RNs earn an additional $15+/hour in tips
