RN - IV Wellness Clinic Full-Time

You’ll be part of the opening team, helping build a new clinic instead of stepping into someone else's role. Locations you’ll cover include Torrey Hills, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Solana Beach, Hillcrest, Encinitas clinic locations, plus occasional on‑call and Mobile IV shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities.
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand‑new clinic.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN or diploma in nursing.
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures.
• Proficient in patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and problem‑solving skills.
