RN - IV Wellness Clinic Full-Time $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness. Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift. Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities. Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand‑new clinic. Locations covered: Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Ladera Ranch and mobile IV shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness
• Lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during each shift
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that drives gratuities
• Help shape the clinic’s culture, workflow, and patient experience

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN license with no sanctions
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In‑depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures
• Proficient in patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to traverse the entire facility
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay

• $48/hour base pay
• Guaranteed earnings up to $58/hour during the first six months via Monthly Pay Guarantee Program
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid after 6 months of employment
• Unlimited earning potential after six months; many RNs earn an additional $15+/hour in tips

Schedule

• Full‑time position
• 4‑5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift)
• 3 weekend shifts required per month
• Submit 4 days of unavailability per month
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
