RN - IV Wellness Clinic Full-Time $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities.
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand‑new clinic.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present.

Qualifications

• BSN or diploma in nursing.
• Two years of related experience preferred.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures.
• Proficient in patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care.

Pay

• $48/hour base pay.
• Guaranteed earnings up to $58/hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid after 6 months of employment.
• Unlimited earning potential after that; many RNs earn an additional $15+/hour in tips.

Schedule

• Full‑time position: 4‑5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift).
• Three weekend shifts required per month.
• Submit 4 days of unavailability per month.
