About the Role
Join our 16-member team supporting the Interventional Radiology Department at Scripps Mercy San Diego as an IR RN. This is a per-diem position with 10-hour shifts at Scripps Mercy Hillcrest. Call is after hours and weekends. The unit has minimal turnover and many long-term employees, reflecting its positive culture. The ideal candidate will be flexible and easily adapt to the changing needs and tasks of the department.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of recent experience as an RN in the Cath Lab, ICU, ED, or a procedural area where sedation is performed.
- Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate positive behaviors.
- Current CA RN License.
- Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- NIHSS required within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- One year of IR experience.
Pay
$59.16–$85.68/hour.
