**RN Internal Seasonal Contract (14-16 wks) - Critical Care - Day/Night**
About the Role
Provides professional nursing care to patients and families in an acute clinical care environment, guided by the SMHCS nursing professional practice model and in accordance with the ANA's Standards of Professional Practice.
Contract Details
16-week contract start dates will be available in November and December 2026, and January 4, 2027, with contracts ending in March or April 2027, depending on the selected start date. January 18, 2027 is the final contract start date and will be a 14-week contract ending April 25, 2027. Seeking candidates with TCRN and CCRN are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- For new hires after 2012, Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing (BSN) is required within the specified timeframe as outlined in the New Hire BSN Agreement policy (126.045).
- Basic working knowledge of commonly used computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in nursing specialty area.
- BSN: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Required License and Certifications
- BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR.
- FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License.
Preferred License and Certifications
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
