About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Health plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will coordinate care across specialty and primary care teams, support providers, and ensure a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care
• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and age/population-specific standards
• Comply with the Scope and Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for Nurses as outlined by the American Nurses Association

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
• Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing
• Maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay

$29.50 - $44.50 per hour

Additionally, there is a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
