RN - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Full-time night shift position scheduled 36 hours per week — 12-hour shifts, with a weekend rotation and holiday commitment.
About the role
This 20-bed intensive inpatient rehabilitation unit (3W) is dedicated to helping patients recover and regain their prior level of functioning. Common diagnoses include stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury (TBI), cervical myelopathy, and more. The role requires a high level of physical involvement, including assisting with transfers and ambulation, making it ideal for nurses passionate about hands-on care and functional improvement.
The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe. Responsibilities include coordination and evaluation of care, teaching, and delegation of patient activities to other health care team members via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing required
- BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required
- BLS certification required
- Previous medical-surgical experience preferred
- Computer proficiency and excellent customer service skills
