The posted compensation range of $36.00 - $52.20 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
About the Role
We are offering up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 educational assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of Nebraska or nurse licensure compact.
- Basic Life Support(BLS) through American Heart Association
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you must have a wide range of nursing skills. You need to be upbeat, as our patients have a long road ahead of them and sometimes need a boost. Most importantly, you’ll advocate for their needs and wellbeing by ensuring they have the resources and support needed at discharge.
- Carefully monitor patients for changes in neurological status or other conditions
- Prepare patients for various speech, physical, occupational or respiratory therapies they have scheduled each day.
- Educate the patient and caregivers on how to continue certain care at home.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of Nebraska or nurse licensure compact.
- Basic Life Support(BLS) through American Heart Association
