Pay

Salary Range: $33 - $48 per hour. Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000 available.

Schedule

Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts. Job Schedule: Full time. Weekly Hours: 36.00.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide patient‑centered care across a wide range of departments based on hospital needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
