Registered Nurse - Facility Float Pool (Nights)

Role Overview The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care. They are responsible for maintaining professional accountability, coordinating patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. The role involves providing compassionate nursing care across various clinical areas such as Med Surg, Orthopedics, Cardiac, Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care, often floating between units as needed. The nurse serves as a resource to staff by sharing clinical knowledge and adapting to different workflows. Qualifications & Skills Required: Current Arkansas RN license, current BLS certification, and ACLS & NIHSS certifications within 90 days of hire. Preferred: BSN degree and 2+ years of critical care experience.
