RN, Infusion, FT Days

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a team-focused environment. Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and deliver safe, effective care adhering to policies. Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, and support shared governance through service on councils. Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment, and contribute to organizational growth. Document assessments, care delivered, and incidents accurately. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma (Bachelor's preferred). Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact). BLS certification required. Infusion experience is highly preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills are essential. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards. Additional Info: Full-time, day shift with a sign-on bonus eligibility.
