About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth and accountability, maintain practice standards, and coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates are eligible.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.

Preferred Skills

• Hospital nursing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Advanced specialty certification.
• For PRN positions: one year of hospital experience.
