Role Overview: Provides nursing care to patients across the lifespan in an Intermediate Care Unit, following organizational policies and demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing processes; coordinate care activities of assigned staff; maintain standards of practice; ensure delivery of quality nursing care.
