RN II, Wound Care - Tier II Float
About the role
Saint Luke's is looking for a Wound Care RN to join their team. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Initiate actions to improve nursing practice, patient care, and unit processes.
- Support patients in the inpatient setting across 4 Metro area hospitals.
- Perform wound care assessments.
- Demonstrate increasing discriminatory judgment in interpreting data and prioritizing appropriately.
- Serve as a day-to-day resource to colleagues at unit and departmental levels.
- Collaborate with physicians.
- Aid with quarterly surveys.
Qualifications
- Applicable experience: 1 year
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree
