Responsibilities
- Captures and implements the nursing process
- Collaborates with other departments to coordinate patient care
- Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
- Performs duties in accordance with organizational standards and values
Qualifications
- Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- PREFERRED: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and other unit-specific credentials
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting tasks
