RN ICU Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity care to critically ill adult patients
• Perform continuous assessment, medication administration, and ventilator management
• Conduct complex hemodynamic monitoring
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans
• Support patients and families during critical situations
• Maintain detailed electronic health record documentation
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality critical care
• Ensure accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid nursing license with ICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in critical care and hemodynamic management
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
