About the role

Provides high-level direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top of scope nursing care, prioritizing patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare professionals to ensure competency and growth.
• Support clinical education and adhere to specialty standards, including AACN’s Synergy Model.
• Contribute to a safe, innovative, and patient-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure and valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of a specialized fellowship.
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
