Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using nursing processes.
- Adhering to organizational policies and ensuring professional growth and accountability.
- Coordinating patient care activities and maintaining standards of practice to deliver quality nursing services.
- Maintaining practice standards, supervising staff, and delivering patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- No experience required; new graduates eligible. Hospital experience and PRN work experience preferred.
- Current Georgia RN license or multistate license (NLC/eNLC).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- For critical care roles, ACLS certification required within 180 days of start; additional specialty certifications may be needed.
