RN - ICU, Full-time, Night Shift

Role Summary Provides coordinated nursing care for patients in an acute care setting, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizes critical thinking and professional judgment to deliver safe, effective care. Key Responsibilities Assess patient data, analyze health issues, and develop care plans with prescribed interventions.Implement and coordinate care, promoting health and safety.Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and provide education.Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate team duties.Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state (required).CPR/BLS certification (required).ACLS certification (required).NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (required).Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience.
