Float pool nurses provide crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages, including boarders in the emergency department, step-down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock-down psych, long-term care, and more. Responsibilities
- Provide adaptable and versatile nursing support across multiple acute care units.
- Deliver high-quality, consistent patient care in various departments.
- Support units with temporary staffing shortages, ensuring continuity of care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire (unless otherwise indicated).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $47.73 - $89.59 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, with multiple shifts available.
